High temperature sintering

The so-called sintering is to heat the powder compact to a certain temperature (sintering temperature) and keep a certain time (heat preservation time), and then cool down, so as to get the required properties of the material, this heat treatment process is called sintering. Sintering turns porous powder billet into products with certain structure and properties. Although the properties of products are related to many technological factors before sintering, in many cases, sintering process has a significant or even decisive influence on the final product structure and properties.
